Aah, I'm finally done with the packing and moving and the unpacking... I'm finally settling down in San Francisco. I think my area is called Sunset, but some people also call it Parkside... Anyway I got a spacious room that was intended for two people, but I have shtuff of two people (and eat like two-people, I should add) so I got greedy and rent the whole room for myself.. *muhuahahaha* The house is close to a Muni stop, very convenient. On the corner of my street there's Walgreens, KFC, and a bubble tea place... :D I got four house-mates, 3 girls and 1 boy. The girls, being Japanese, are always dressed up from head to toe, which sometimes make me feel a bit shabby with my limp hair.(volume, people, VOLUME!) And they got the pink room. Mine is all white with mismatched curtains and comforter. So I plan to have fun and decorate my room a bit without destroying the walls :) I got some ideas in mind, and I'll post the result!
1. My parents : who loves me unconditionally forever 2. My girlfriends : fun, silly, sweet and friendly group of girls3. My precious furball : my loyal companion & alarm-clock 4. Street Hawkers: oh how i long for a bowl of Bihun Atoy!!!
I did a short visit to Singapore before flying to LA. Totally NOT recommended, you'll have so much troubles trying to stay away from the shops, and end up with a new cute shoes in your hand... and you'll try to make space inside your suitcase... totally delusional.
"AMEN TO THAT!" My new kid-size pearly pink Croc ... so comfy!! noodle with honey charsiew and crispy pork from FoodRepublic Tori-Q's yakitori cute new socks I found at Daiso
I'm speechless, really. Apparently I cannot express my happiness in words :p I've been grinning like crazy along 405S, that's how happy I am. I walked along Pico Boulevard with a stoopid smile on my face despite the fact that I missed the #3 bus. And the sounds of trash truck at 8AM is like music to my ear...... ok that's too dramatic. I cannot believe I'm finally here, back in sunny california, sipping on my 'green milk tea with green apple jelly' again. I'm looking forward to meet you, my friends ... and I hope you're happy to see me too! :D
