Us frozen in Niagara FallsAnybody here? Hello? Hopefully nobody forgets about me since I've been gone for a while :p
The parents are here, 'nuff said. We've been out and about, from one Bath & Body Works to another, short LA trip & even shorter Toronto trip (and guess what, we still went to Bath & Body Works there...) It's been a bittersweet holiday, I had too much fun and forgot to register for my one-on one directed study class and now I'm left begging my department director to give me another shot :p
Toronto was interesting, it reminds me of Denver a lot actually. Not only the snow but the friendliness of the people (especially if you come from SF with its cranky residents) and the shapes of the houses. Basically all we did was hanging out with the family. I haven't met my cousins for 23 years; and now they have children of their own. My older cousin married an Italian man and have two girls : Ryana who is 7 years old, a smartypant & full of attitude, and Myra, who's super sweet and adorable but can be such a monster when she's mad. They both love to dance (hip-hop! You will approve them, Mr Yo!) and ice skating. They're super active and just adorable, I miss them already :(
