I feel that if I keep on reading what I wrote in my proposal I'm going to alter it again, so I strayed and sneaked in craft-time. The robin-egg blue ribbon is Martha Stewart's and the lace-y suede one I got in Indo years ago. What I did was just cut all the ribbons in the same length, fold them in half and sew them together. To cover my sewing, I sew on a felt heart. I slipped a small safety pin on the back and voila, a brooch. Literally done in 5 minutes. I can use it with my white tee or slip it on my necklace (picture coming soon)
